Customer Service Executive

We are seeking a Customer Service Executive who will be responsible for playing a key role in generating leads for our Business, a professional who is well versed in written as well as verbal communication and use that skill to expand our presence in the market.

Compensation: Upto 20k

We are looking for Customer support Executive for Avaiil. The candidate must have good communication skills with an excellent command in English. He should be comfortable working in night shifts for 6 working days (During lockdown or else 5 working days) in a week. Candidates with previous experience as Customer Support Representative or Customer Support Specialist or Customer experience expert or Customer Experience Specialist or Customer Care Representative or Customer Care Specialist  are most welcome. Freshers can also apply. Job location will be Pune.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Generate sales leads (lead generation)

  • Manage inbound/outbound calls.

  • Keep records of customer interactions.

  • Team sales targets and call handling quotas

  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills along with active listening

  • Excellent communication & verbal skills and a brilliant attitude
